The cigarettes smoke can damage the pancreas that produce insulin which regulates the blood sugar .the negative smokers are exposed to smoking risk as much as smokers. But some of the toxic substances may be more concentrated in negative smoke. That\u2019s why the Islam had forbidden everything detrimental to health.
