Bu durum ki\u015fiyi ani gelebilecek \u00f6l\u00fcmlerden korur. Hamd Allah\u2019a ki, bize rahmet peygamberini g\u00f6nderdi. O peygamber bize neyi emrettiyse onda bizim d\u00fcnya ve ahiretimiz i\u00e7in fayda vard\u0131r. Peygamber (s.a.v.) geceleri kalkar abdest al\u0131r, namaz k\u0131lar ve Y\u00fcce Allah\u2019\u0131n yartt\u0131\u011f\u0131 mahlukat\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr tefekk\u00fcr ederdi!! Bizler de acaba, Allah resulu (s.a.v.)\u2019in yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 uyguluyor muyuz? Y\u00fcce Allah \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: \u201cG\u00fcnd\u00fcz\u00fcn g\u00fcne\u015f d\u00f6n\u00fcp gecenin karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bast\u0131r\u0131ncaya kadar (belli vakitlerde) namaz k\u0131l; bir de sabah namaz\u0131n\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sabah namaz\u0131 \u015fahitlidir.\u201d (\u0130sra: 78).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21205\" src=\"https:\/\/kaheel7.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/hajj-2010-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kaheel7.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/hajj-2010-13.jpg 600w, https:\/\/kaheel7.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/hajj-2010-13-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Camilere Gitmek<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">T\u0131bbi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, bir \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fle tedavi etmenin \u00f6nemini vurgulayarak, \u00f6zellikle de tansiyon, kalp ve y\u00fcksek \u015feker hastal\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir.\u00a0\u00a0Her g\u00fcn ortalama yar\u0131m saat y\u00fcr\u00fcmenin; kalbin d\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p g\u00f6revini yapmas\u0131na, psikolojik durumun d\u00fczelmesine, kaslar\u0131n sa\u011flam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayattaki bir tak\u0131m bask\u0131lardan, g\u00fcnl\u00fck stress ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lardan korumaya da yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bu sebeple bedeni d\u00fczenli hareket ettirmek, \u00f6zellikle de namazlar\u0131 d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde k\u0131lmak ki\u015fnin erken ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte burada Y\u00fcce Allah\u2019\u0131n ni\u00e7in namazlar\u0131 vaktinde k\u0131lmam\u0131z\u0131 bize emretti\u011fini idrak etmi\u015f oluyoruz.
