Zira oru\u00e7; v\u00fccut h\u00fccrelerini sigara i\u00e7mekten kaynaklanan toksinlerden temizler. Bu nedenle ramazan ay\u0131, sigara tiryakilerinin sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bu da ancak \u015fu \u015fartla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur: Allah&#8217;a samimi bir kalp ile dua ederek sigaran\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f ve faydas\u0131z bir \u015fey oldu\u011funu, ayn\u0131 zamanda sigara i\u00e7menin haram olup ge\u00e7 gelen bir intihar say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmek gerekir. Gayri m\u00fcslim kimselerin, sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in oru\u00e7 tutmay\u0131 tedavi y\u00f6ntemi olarak kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylersek belki de \u015fa\u015f\u0131r\u0131p hayret edeceksiniz. Peki, biz m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar acaba ni\u00e7in orucu sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakma arac\u0131 olarak kullanm\u0131yoruz?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re namaz; bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131ktan kurtulup \u015fifa bulmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan bir tedavidir. M\u00fcmin ki\u015fi; oru\u00e7lu oldu\u011fu halde namaza tam bir hu\u015fu i\u00e7erisinde kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 vakit, bu durumda en g\u00fczel tedaviye ba\u015fvurmu\u015f ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f olur. Y\u00fcce Allah \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: &#8220;E\u011fer bilirseniz (g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ra\u011fmen) oru\u00e7 tutman\u0131z sizin i\u00e7in daha hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; (Bakara: 184).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz bilim adamlar\u0131, 21. asr\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck problemi olan &#8220;a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n&#8221; tedavisi i\u00e7in yeni bir metot \u00f6nermekteler. O y\u00f6ntem ise oru\u00e7tur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc oru\u00e7, fazla ya\u011flar\u0131 eritmede ve ya\u015fl\u0131 h\u00fccreleri yok etmede b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynar. Di\u011fer yandan hormonlar\u0131n d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir bedenin olu\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bunun da \u00f6tesinde oru\u00e7, \u00fccretsiz bir tedavi y\u00f6ntemi olup uygulamas\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a kolayd\u0131r. Bu sebepledir ki t\u0131p \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi dile getirmektedir: Fazla kiloyu tedavi etmenin en kolay yolu oru\u00e7tur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Bilim adamlar\u0131 orucun, beyinin enerjisini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yaparak orucun b\u00fcy\u00fcleyici bir etkisinin var oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrmu\u015flerdir. Oru\u00e7,\u00a0\u00a0insan\u0131n anlama kabiliyetini geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi gibi e\u015fsiz ve yeni kabiliyetleri\u00a0\u00a0de ortaya \u00e7\u0131karma g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahiptir. Beyin h\u00fccrelerinin aktif bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, kendi i\u00e7indeki pro\u011framlama kabiliyetini yenileyip g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rmas\u0131 ve iyile\u015fmeyi kendi i\u00e7inde sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n en pratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc oru\u00e7tur. Bu sebepledir ki y\u00fcce Allah \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: \u201cE\u011fer bilirseniz (g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ra\u011fmen) oru\u00e7 tutman\u0131z sizin i\u00e7in daha hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; (Bakara: 184).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0T\u0131b \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi ispatlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: Oru\u00e7, h\u00fccrelerin pro\u011framlanmas\u0131n\u0131 formatlayarak yeniler. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar; oru\u00e7 tutan kimselerin vucut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemlerinde farkl\u0131 ve k\u00f6klu de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin meydana geldi\u011fini g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ayn\u0131 zamanda hem fiziki hem de psikolojik yanlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine almaktad\u0131r. Bu sebeple orucun, h\u00fccreleri aktifle\u015ftirip dengeledi\u011fi san\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fczenli tutulan oru\u00e7 neticesinde, kansere yol a\u00e7an h\u00fccrelerin \u00fcremesi durur.
