Bu durum ayn\u0131 zamanda vakit ve g\u0131da tasarrufu demektir. Son yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re; en az bir ay oruca devam edildi\u011fi takdirde orucun eklem iltihaplar\u0131n\u0131 tedavi edebilece\u011fi ispatlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tedavi; her sene ramazan ay\u0131nda tutulan oru\u00e7la ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. O halde orucun ne b\u00fcy\u00fck bir nimet oldu\u011funu bilmemiz ve m\u00fcbarek ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n tad\u0131n\u0131 lay\u0131k\u0131yla tatmam\u0131z gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Bilim adamlar\u0131 orucun, yaralamadan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bir ameliyat oldu\u011funu teyit etmi\u015flerdir. Oru\u00e7; b\u00f6brek ve idrar kanallar\u0131nda olu\u015fan ta\u015flar\u0131, kronik kabar\u0131k ve \u015fi\u015fkinlikleri tedavi etti\u011fi gibi, ci\u011ferleri de tedavi edip aktif ve d\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar; cerrahi ameliyatlar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli hastal\u0131klarda orucun ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulamaktalar. Bu sebepledir ki y\u00fcce Allah \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: &#8220;E\u011fer bilirseniz (g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ra\u011fmen) oru\u00e7 tutman\u0131z sizin i\u00e7in daha hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; (Bakara: 184).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Son yap\u0131lan bilimsel bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada; sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131da ve oru\u00e7 beyni aktif hale getirerek bunamaktan korudu\u011funu ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Bilim adamlar\u0131 \u015funu s\u00f6ylemekteler: Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131da ve zaman zaman tutulan oru\u00e7, beyni canland\u0131ran bir fakt\u00f6rdur. Ayr\u0131ca iftar esnas\u0131nda hurma ve ye\u015fillik yemek, bunama ve beyin k\u0131rizi tehlikesini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da ileri surmu\u015flerdir. Y\u00fcce Allah:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cE\u011fer bilirseniz (g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ra\u011fmen) oru\u00e7 tutman\u0131z sizin i\u00e7in daha hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; (Bakara: 184).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Bilim adamlar\u0131; oru\u00e7 tutan kimsanin oru\u00e7lu oldu\u011fu sure i\u00e7erisinde, yeme ve i\u00e7meyi terk etmesinden dolay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir enerji sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde; orucun meydana getirdi\u011fi muazzam istikrar sebebiyle oru\u00e7lunun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir enerji depolad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Bu da g\u00f6steriyor ki m\u00fcbarek ramazan ay\u0131nda oru\u00e7 tutan kimsenin sahip oldu\u011fu etkin enerji zirveye \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc enerji ile ki\u015fi Kuran-\u0131 kerimi kolayl\u0131kla ezberleyebilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile Kuran\u2019\u0131 ezberlemeye ba\u015flaman\u0131n en uygun zaman\u0131 ramazan ay\u0131d\u0131r. Kuran\u2019\u0131n ramazan ay\u0131nda nazil oldu\u011funu da unutmayal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Oru\u00e7; Kolonlardaki kas\u0131lma, b\u00fcz\u00fclme ve sindirime bozukluklar\u0131 gibi kronik olan sindirim rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tedavi eder. Oru\u00e7; kan, beyin ve kalp h\u00fccrelerinin d\u00fczenli ve canl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak\u00a0\u00a0aktif hale getirir. Fazla olan kiloyu azalt\u0131p vucudu toksinlerden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve onu korumada etkin rol oynar.
