<\/p>\nOne of the Quranic miracles regarding historical science is that it talked about civilizations no one knew about during the time of the Quranic revelation. These civilizations, which were discovered recently, exactly match the description in Allah\u2019s almighty book\u2026.<\/p>\n
There is something the Quran mentions but no one knew about it during the period of the Quranic revelation which is the existence of the \u201cThamud\u201d civilization which was corrupted, so Allah (SWT) destroyed it. This civilization was characterized by carving houses in mountains. This phenomenon was rare in the\u00a0Arabian Peninsula. These buildings, that are thousands of years old, were discovered recently. <\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n The miracle in these pictures is that the Quran told us about this civilization with full accuracy; the people used to build palaces and carve out homes in the mountains to live in them. Allah almighty said: \u201c<\/span><\/strong>And to Thamud( people, We sent) their brother Salih. He said: \u201cO my people! Worship Allah! You have no other God but him. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah. Indeed there has come to you a clear sign from your Lord. This she-camel of Allah is a sign unto you; so you leave her to graze in Allah\u2019s earth, and touch her not with harm, lest a painful torment should seize you* And remember when He made you successors after Ad (people) and gave you build for yourselves palaces in plains, and\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>carve out homes in the mountains<\/strong><\/span><\/span>. So remember the graces from Allah, and do not go about making mischief on the earth\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>[Al-Araf:73-74].<\/strong><\/p>\n Allah (SWT) also says in another chapter: \u201c<\/span><\/strong>Thamud (people) belied the messenger* when their brother Salih said to them: \u201cwill you not fear Allah and obey him?\u201d* \u201cI am a trustworthy messenger for you* \u201cSo fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me* \u201cNo reward do I ask of you for it; my reward is only from the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists)* \u201cWill you be left secure in that which you have here?* \u201cIn gardens and springs* \u201cAnd green crops and date palms with soft spadix*\u00a0<\/strong>And you carve out in the mountains, houses with great skill<\/strong><\/span>*<\/span> \u201c So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me* \u201cAnd follow not the command of Al-musrifun ( their leaders who were criminals and sinners)* \u201cWho make mischief in the land, and reform not<\/strong><\/span>\u201d\u201d<\/span> [Ash-shuara: 141-151].<\/strong><\/p>\n These outlines are evidences regarding the historical miracles in the noble Quran, and Allah almighty knows best<\/strong>.<\/p>\n ——————<\/p>\n By: Abduldaem Al-Kaheel<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" One of the Quranic miracles regarding historical science is that it talked about civilizations no one knew about during the time of the Quranic revelation.
