A recent study affirms that walking for shopping has health benefits. This study included a number of people and the result was that those who don\u2019t go shopping except rarely are less healthy both physically and psychologically for walking, shopping, communicating and integrating with people improve the psychological condition. Allah says:<\/p>\n

\u00a0find they say: “What sort<\/span><\/p>\n

Of an apostle is this,<\/span><\/p>\n

Who eats food, and walks<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the streets (of markets)? Why<\/span><\/p>\n

Has not an angel<\/span><\/p>\n

Been sent down to him<\/span><\/p>\n

To give admonition with him?<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0Furqan: 7<\/p>\n

Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, wanted to assure us that walking in the streets of markets is totally natural and he used to do it and there\u2019s nothing wrong about it; to the very contrary it\u2019s useful. The above study proves the benefits of walking in markets and its impact on man\u2019s psychology. We can\u2019t but express our glorification to Allah.<\/p>\n
