The American doctors confirm that getting up from bed during the night with simple movement inside the house, doing some light exercises, massage the limbs with water and breathing deeply have many health benefits! Scientific studies have demonstrated that the one who wakes up for some time at night to carry out some activities will not be attacked by sudden death during sleeping. So thank God, who sent us the prophet of mercy whom all his orders are full of interest and benefit for us in the present life and the hereafter. He peace be upon him used to get up at night, perform the ritual ablution, pray and think in God’s creation! So do we apply what the messenger of Allah peace be upon him ordered us? God be he exalted says:<\/p>\n

(Perform As-Sal\u00e2t (Iqam\u00e2t-as-Sal\u00e2t) from mid-day till the darkness of the night (i.e. the Zuhr, \u2018Asr, Maghrib and \u2018Ish\u00e2\u2019 prayers), and recite the Qur\u2019\u00e2n in the early dawn (i.e. the morning prayer). Verily, the recitation of the Qur\u2019a in the early dawn is ever witnessed (attended by the angels in charge of mankind of the day and the night)<\/span>[Surat Al-Israa, verse: 78].<\/p>\n
