Researchers say that you can rescue yourself from the dangers of the heart diseases being optimistic &amp; with thinking positively and by giving yourself a break &amp; some happiness as a change by altering the black thoughts you carry and replace them with optimistic thoughts. So if you want to live a happy long life then you must stick to faith &amp; believe in ALLAH and trust HIM.
