A new American study assures that even little happiness is reflected positively on the safety of the heart & the stability of its functions. Researchers say that you can rescue yourself from the dangers of the heart diseases being optimistic & with thinking positively and by giving yourself a break & some happiness as a change by altering the black thoughts you carry and replace them with optimistic thoughts. So if you want to live a happy long life then you must stick to faith & believe in ALLAH and trust HIM. HE says: ﴾ whoever makes righteous deeds whether a male or a female & he is a believer, we will give him a good life & recompense them with the best of their deeds﴿ (Surat: An-Nahl, verse: 97)
